Home

The Home page shows real-time AI activity and recent discoveries.

Activity Feed

The left column displays a live feed of AI tool usage: Oximy dashboard activity feed screenshot Each activity card shows:
  • Tool name and icon
  • Relative timestamp
  • Device name
  • User email
Click any activity to open a detail drawer with more information based on the coverage level:
  • Chat — Full conversation view
  • Full Trace — Complete request/response data
  • Features — Extracted metadata (model, tokens, etc.)
  • Metadata — Basic event information only

Discovery Journal

The right column shows milestones and landscape overview:
  • Recent Discoveries — First-time detections of new tools, devices, or people
  • Tool Landscape — Most-used AI tools with activity counts
  • Device Landscape — Enrolled devices with online/offline status
  • Workspace Stats — Total activities, devices, tools, and team members
When you detect your first AI activity, a “Signal Acquired!” celebration appears. This only shows once.

Inventory

View all detected AI tools across your organization.

Categories

Tools are organized into three categories:

Tool Cards

Each tool card displays:
  • Tool icon and name
  • Provider
  • Activity count
  • 7-day activity sparkline
  • Coverage level badge
  • Last seen timestamp
Use the search bar to filter tools by name, domain, or provider. Results update in real-time as you type.

Click Missing an app? to request support for AI tools not currently detected.

Devices

Manage all enrolled devices from the Devices page.

Ask

Query your AI usage data using natural language.

Example Questions

Cards persist on the page and can be dismissed with the X button.

Settings

Configure your workspace.

Timezone

Set the timezone for your workspace. This affects how dates and times are displayed throughout the dashboard. Available regions:
  • Americas — ET, CT, MT, PT (New York, Chicago, Denver, LA)
  • Europe — GMT, CET (London, Paris, Berlin)
  • Asia/Pacific — Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Sydney
  • UTC — For global teams
After selecting a timezone, click Save changes. A confirmation message appears: “Settings saved”.

Command Palette

Press Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) to open the command palette for quick search and navigation.

Default View

When opened with no query, shows:
  • Recent — Recent prompts and activities
  • Actions — Add device, toggle theme, view coverage gaps
  • Go to — Quick navigation to pages

Search Mode

Start typing to search across:
  • Activities (by content, tool name)
  • Tools (by name, domain)
  • Devices (by name, owner email)
Use arrow keys to navigate results, Enter to select.

Theme

Toggle between light and dark mode:
  • Press t key
  • Use the theme toggle in your profile dropdown
  • Search “Switch to dark/light mode” in command palette
Your preference is saved and persists across sessions.
