Data model

A practical glossary for the entities that appear across Oximy product and developer docs.

Workspace

The tenant boundary for customer data, module access, settings, integrations, and operational state.

Person

The durable identity used for people analytics, seat reconciliation, department attribution, and persona-aware views.

Department

The organizational grouping used for rollups, scoped manager access, cost attribution, and operational queues.

Tool

An AI-capable application, provider, model platform, or agent surface that can produce usage, spend, or governance events.

Activity

Observed AI usage. Activity may come from browser capture, integrations, relay traffic, logs, or imported sources, and different surfaces may expose different levels of content visibility.

Agent

A managed or observed AI agent runtime, connector, workflow, or inventory item. Agents can appear in Command Center, Agents inventory, Relay, or logging views depending on the integration.

Policy

A customer-defined governance rule or review configuration that controls warnings, blocks, approval flows, visibility, or access.
